Thinking of a new blog design... HELP PLZ?!?!

Hi everyone,
Just a quick word: I've had this blog for a year and six months- and I'm starting to wonder if it's not time to update my blog design.
I like my background pattern, and my bio... but I feel like changing the shape, or the display, or SOMETHING on my blog.
 So I was wondering... how did you design your blog? Could you give the names of blog designers, or free template websites? That would be a HUGE help. :]
Or if you have any suggestions?

    I wish I could be more help for you with this, but I just used blogger's customizer.
    I chose a template and then started playing around with it by changing the colors, dimensions, opaqueness, size.. etc. till it looked like something of my own haha =)

    Your blog design is gorgeous the way it is!
    However, maybe change the font or colour theme if you really want to change it?

    The wonderful Rose designed my blog, she is amazing! She does it for free and her designs are beautiful <3
